Subscription Auto-renewal & Cancellation

Automatic Renewal

For our Games and Tools products, we offer two subscription types:
 
  • Annual Subscription (Auto-Renewing)
  • One Year Subscription (Expires After 1 Year)

Annual Subscription (Auto-Renewing)

All Annual Subscriptions individually purchased after May 22, 2026 renew automatically at the end of each yearly billing period. This helps ensure uninterrupted access to your account and features.
Unless canceled before the renewal date, the payment method on file will automatically be charged for the next billing period.

One Year Subscription (Expires After 1 Year)

The following subscriptions expire after one year and do not renew automatically:
  • Subscriptions purchased before May 22, 2026
  • Subscriptions purchased through our Teachers Pay Teachers store
  • Subscriptions obtained through licenses distributed by your organization
  • Subscriptions purchased through our self-serve portal
  • Subscriptions purchased via purchase order

How do I know if my subscription will auto-renew?

To view your subscription status and next billing date:
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Purchases
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions
There, you will see a list of your subscriptions, their status, and upcoming billing dates.

How to Cancel Auto-Renewal of your Annual Subscription

You can cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time:
  • Log in to your account
  • Go to My Purchases
  • Select Manage Subscriptions
  • Find the subscription you want to cancel
  • Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Access to paid features will end when the billing period expires

Cancelling Bundle Subscriptions

If you purchased a combined Games and Tools Annual Subscription, the bundle cannot be partially canceled. To cancel auto-renewal, you must cancel the entire bundle subscription.
If you would like to continue auto-renewal for only one product, please cancel the bundle subscription and purchase a separate individual subscription for the product you want to keep.

How to Turn Auto-Renewal Back On

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Purchases
  3. Select Manage Subscriptions
  4. Find the subscription you want to renew automatically
  5. Click Don’t cancel subscription
