You can cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time:
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Purchases
- Select Manage Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you want to cancel
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts
The following subscriptions do not renew automatically, so there is nothing you need to do to cancel them:
- Subscriptions purchased before May 22, 2026
- Subscriptions purchased on our Teachers Pay Teachers store
- Subscriptions obtained through licenses distributed by your organization
- Subscriptions purchased through our self-serve portal
- Subscriptions purchased via purchase order
When your subscription expires, you will not lose any of your questions, saved games, student names or student progress data. You will just no longer have access to the games and features that come with the subscription.
